Eleven/Amy is literally the reason this blog even exists?? I’ll be honest, I don’t keep up with Doctor Who, but I will watch anything about Eleven/Amy because their dynamic is so perfect and wonderful and terrifying and I have yet to see something as beautiful as their relationship. And I honestly have zero idea why Amy/Eleven has less shippers?? Like
(especially that first gif like i’m pretty sure there should not be that much possessive touching involved under any platonic circumstances)
Pendragon is the name of the Royal Family of Camelot. One of the members of the Pendragon family, Uther Pendragon, brought the name to greatness. He conquered Camelot as a young man with the dragon Kilgharrah at his side and was crowned King. Since his death both Lord Arthur and Lady Morgana followed in his footsteps. The siblings possessed the rare ability to tame dragons and used these skills in battle; expanding their kingdom and ruling for many years.

Sorry for answering this late!
AMY’S CHOICE IS MY EPISODE. I love that episode and i will never understand why I don’t constantly see gifsets of it appearing as frequently as that Rose/Ten Doomsday gifset.
Throughout the episode, I remember constantly rewinding it and going back to rewatch certain parts because I felt (and still do) that a lot of the dialogue is very on-point with their relationship. For example:
You can’t fool me. I’ve seen your dreams. Some of them twice, Amy. Blimey. I’d blush if I had a blood supply. Or a real face.
The Dream Lord is supposed to feed on the Doctor’s darkness hen he tells her that she dreams of being with the doctor and dreams of being with doctor, it’s shows that the doctor, despite his supposed goodness, wants Amy to have chosen him. He wants Amy to want him
Dream Lord: Poor Amy. He always leaves you, doesn’t he? Alone in the dark. Never apologizes.
Amy: He doesn’t have to.
Dream Lord: That’s good. Because he never will. And now he’s left you with me. Spooky old not-to-be-trusted me. Anything could happen.
Amy: Who are you and what do you want? The Doctor knows you, but he’s not telling me who you are. And he always does. Takes him awhile sometimes but he tells me. So you’re something different.
Dream Lord: Oh, is that who you think you are? The one he trusts?
Amy: Actually, yes.
Dream Lord: The only girl in the Universe to whom the Doctor tells everything.
Dream Lord: So what’s his name?
From the Doctor’s perspective, Amy’s absolute loyalty from the very beginning is almost bewildering to him. Like here’s a guy who’s done nothing but let her down and she trusts him more than anyone else still. His hands are drenched in blood and his mouth has injured more than loved and yet, yet here’s a girl that loves him so much that she could wash his sins away. Which is why a dark part of the Doctor wants to shatter her faith; he wants her to see him for what he really is.
DREAM LORD: You ran away with a handsome hero. Would you really give him up for a bumbling country doctor who thinks the only thing he needs to be interesting is a ponytail?
AMY: Stop it.
DREAM LORD: But maybe it’s better than loving and losing the Doctor.
This one’s just interesting to me because of how narcissistic it is. The Doctor’s darkest belief is that, in the end, Amy will choose him over Rory. And the Darkest Doctor makes Amy choose- that’s his darkest desire. It’s absurd how paradoxical this relationship is- he wants her to choose him, but he doesn’t want her to love him, she wants to travel with him forever, and she wants Rory all the same.
Thanks for the compliment!!! And sorry for the late reply- I hope the long reply makes up for it!
